Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

• Provide accurate profile and listing information
• Choose a respectful username
• Notify us if you suspect unauthorized account access

Buying

Buyers agree to pay for items they purchase and to provide a valid shipping address at checkout. Shipping costs and delivery timelines may vary by seller until platform shipping tools are fully integrated.

Selling

Sellers must accurately describe items, upload representative photos, ship sold items promptly, and complete Stripe Connect onboarding before receiving payouts.

AniThrift charges a 9% platform fee on completed sales. The remaining 91% is transferred to the seller's Stripe account for payout to their bank.

• Do not list prohibited, counterfeit, or stolen goods
• Honor completed sales and respond to buyer messages
• Mark adult-oriented items appropriately when that feature is enabled

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. AniThrift does not store full card numbers. Disputes and chargebacks may be handled according to Stripe and card network policies.

Content & conduct

We use automated content filtering and allow users to block others. Harassment, fraud, spam, and abusive behavior are not permitted. We may remove listings or suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Limitation of liability

AniThrift is provided as-is. We are not liable for disputes between buyers and sellers, shipping delays, item condition disagreements, or losses beyond amounts required by applicable law.
